Aarhus by Light.

"Concert Hall Aarhus, one of the largest in Europe, was home for a new interactive media facade that invited guests and passers-by to encounter and partake in a new dimension of the renowned cultural institution.
Aarhus by Light was active in the months of February and March, 2008. The project has now ended, but the idea of using of media facades to enrich Concert Hall Aarhus, as well as the rest of Aarhus, lives on. We maintain this website to offer information in the project.
Aarhus by Light is a groundbreaking experiment in media facades. The project is a collaboration between Concert Hall Aarhus, Martin Professional A/S, CAVI at the University of Aarhus, and Wall of Pixels."

Instant Paintings #3 by Marco Cadioli

Google Earth transformed in an Instant Paintings Generator.

Instant Paintings is part of the project "Abstract Journeys", where the popular software Google Earth is used to do something different from his original goal of 3d World representation. In a long series of jumps the surfaces of the earth, seen from above in a perfect azimuthal view, generate instant paintings.

snail trail by Philipp Artus.

A snail invents the wheel and goes through a cultural evolution to finally get back to its origin.

"A laser animation is projected at an angle of 360° onto a column, so that the audience has to walk around to follow the course of the snail. The projection surface is of a phosphorescent material, which creates an after-glowing trail that fades out slowly."
